Facility in Clinton, IA seeking locums OB/GYN Coverage

Rates: $300/hr

Start Date: ASAP (as soon as credentialed)

Open Dates:

• August 26 at 7am to September 2 at 7am

• September 6 at 5pm to September 9 at 7am

• September 13 at 5pm to September 16 at 7am

• September 27 at 5pm to September 30 at 7am

• Ongoing Full-Time Coverage

Details:

• Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday: 7am-5pm

  • Weekend Call: Friday 5pm - Monday 7am

• Setting: OB/GYN Clinic + Call

• Facility Level: Level II

• EMR System: Cerner

• Deliveries: Low risk and high risk, complicated & routine

• Credentialing Timeframe: 35-40 days

• Experience Required: Provider must be experienced with both OB & GYN

Ideal Candidate:

• Able to offer full-time coverage starting ASAP and cover the listed dates.

• Available for ongoing Mon-Fri clinic + call coverage, with potential to work some weekends.

• Able to fill in when the permanent provider is on vacation.

• Primarily see Gynecology in the office with some OB.

• Perform Gynecology surgeries during the week if needed.

• Needs emergent C-section backup if on call at the same time.

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified - OB/GYN - REQUIRED

• Heavy GYN coverage, with support to OB - REQUIRED

• BLS & NRP - REQUIRED

• EFM cert - highly preferred

• Active IA license or IMLC - REQUIRED

• Clean Malpractice/Background - Strongly Preferred

• COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED

• Experience with Emergency C-Sections - REQUIRED

• Must be available to cover the dates listed above - REQUIRED
