Rates: $300/hr

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

• 24-hour call from 7am to 7am

• July 26-28

• November 24-December 1

• December 24-29

Details:

• Setting: Inpatient

• Duties: Patient rounding, management of labors, management of antepartum triage and treatment, responding to ER consults and concerns related to OB/GYN issues.

• Required Procedures: Labors, deliveries, C-sections, management of maternal HTN, maternal hemorrhage, ER consults, D&C, ablations, hysterectomy, gynecologic surgeries as needed based on urgency.

• EMR System: Epic

• Support Staff: RNs on L&D

• Reason for Coverage: Provider cancelled

Credentialing Information:

• Timeframe: 60-90 days

Requirements:

• Board Certified: REQUIRED

• KY License or IMLC (LOQ): REQUIRED

• ACLS and DEA: REQUIRED (during credentialing)

• Clean Malpractice/Background: HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Availability to Cover Dates Listed: REQUIRED
