Compensation: Hourly – $140/hr.
Schedule
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Part-time coverage needed
• Approximately 2-3 shifts per week
• No call
• 4-hour orientation
Patient Population / Volume
• All ages
• Approximately 11-16 patients per day
• Outpatient Hematology/Oncology population
• Solid tumor malignancies
• Hematologic malignancies and conditions requiring active management
Clinical Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient Hematology/Oncology care
• Manage patients with solid tumors
• Manage patients with hematologic malignancies
• Provide treatment follow-up and ongoing disease management
• Collaborate with Hematologists/Oncologists
• Coordinate with infusion teams
• Work closely with nurse navigators and support services
• Inpatient collaboration as needed
• No specialized procedures beyond routine outpatient Hematology/Oncology services

Requirements
• Board Certified Physician Assistant / APP – Required
• Active Minnesota license – Required
• Minnesota license must be in hand
• Epic experience – Required
• Hematology/Oncology experience strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable managing outpatient oncology and hematology patients
