Assignment Details

• Location: Davenport, Iowa

• Start Date: September 14, 2026

• Ongoing coverage opportunities available (provider will be added to the ongoing coverage bench)

Compensation: Daily Rate – $2180 per 24 hours, Overtime – $370/hr to apply after 8 hours/day, Night Call – $390/night, 24 Hour On Call – $1870 per 24 hours, Call Back – $370/hr.

Coverage Dates

• September 14–20, 2026

• September 21–27, 2026

Schedule

• Daily onsite coverage: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

• Weekday call required (schedule TBD)

• Daily inpatient rounds

• Care conferences twice weekly

Practice Setting

• Inpatient Rehabilitation

• Average daily census: 18 patients

• Hospitalist team manages medical care

• Two Nurse Practitioners provide support

• EMR: Cerner

Requirements

• Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

• Active Iowa license or IMLC LOQ

• DEA and CSR required

• Clean malpractice and background history

• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) required at presentation

Credentialing

• Estimated timeframe: 30–60 days

Additional Information

• Provider will be considered for ongoing future coverage after initial assignment
