Assignment Details
• Location: Potsdam, New York
• Start Date: October 26, 2026
• Duration: 6 months, ongoing as needed
• Emergency privileges available
Compensation: Hourly – $220/hr, Overtime – $250/hr, Holiday – $250/hr.
Coverage Dates
• October 26–30, 2026 (No call required)
Schedule
• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• No call for this coverage period
Practice Setting
• Acute Care Hospital
• Adult Level III/IV Trauma Center
• Inpatient anesthesia
• Rural critical access setting
• Average patient volume: 10–15 cases per day
• EMR: Epic
Clinical Responsibilities
• General anesthesia
• OB anesthesia
• Epidurals
• Surgical scheduling
• May involve CRNA supervision
• Must be comfortable practicing in a rural critical access setting
Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA
• Active New York license required
• Epic experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA or RQI)
• Residents and Fellows will not be considered
Credentialing
• Emergency privileges available
Additional Information
• Agency-branded CV required at submission
• Work history must be current with no gaps greater than 30 days
• Provider statement required for any malpractice history, including dismissed cases
