Interventional Cardiologist
Assignment Details
• Location: Gettysburg, Pennsylvania
• Start Date: August 28, 2026
• Duration: Initial 13-week assignment
• Practice Setting: Hospital
Compensation: Hourly – $3620 per 24 hours, 24-Hour Call – $3620 per 24 hours, Call Back – $520/hr.
Schedule
• August 28 (7:00 AM) – August 31 (7:00 AM): 24-hour STEMI call
• October 5 (7:00 AM) – October 9 (5:00 PM): Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with weeknight beeper call (4:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Weekend: 24-hour STEMI call (7:00 AM–7:00 AM)
Clinical Details
• 74-bed hospital
• EMR: Epic
• Approximately 15 consults per day
• Average of 3 procedures per day
• Responsibilities include:
• Inpatient and outpatient cardiac catheterizations
• Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)
• Echocardiogram interpretation
• Cardiac window procedures
• General cardiology coverage on weekends
Requirements
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification
• DEA required
Credentialing
• Approximately 120 days if not already credentialed
• Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file
