Facility in Williamsport, PA seeking IR locums coverage
Rates: $475 – $525/hr
Position Overview
We are looking for two to three experienced Interventional Radiologists to handle procedures in IR, CT, and Ultrasound, as well as on-call coverage. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and travel support for non-local candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of interventional procedures, including:
- Ablations (lung, liver, bone, renal, adrenal)
- Angiography and arterial interventions
- Biliary drain placements and tube changes
- Chemoembolization/Radioembolization (Y90)
- Dialysis access interventions
- CT and Ultrasound-guided biopsies
- PICC line and catheter placements
- Uterine fibroid and artery embolization
- Vertebroplasty/Kyphoplasty
- Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Weeknight call (5 PM – 8 AM)
- 24-hour weekend call (8 AM – 8 AM)
- No weekend rounding required
- Minimal call volume (few calls per week/weekend)
- Utilize Cerner EMR for hospital coverage
Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Certification: Required (MD/DO)
- State License: Pennsylvania or IMLC accepted
- DEA & CSR License: Required
- Minimum Experience: 1 year in Interventional Radiology
- Preferred Availability:
- Weekends and/or
- Local candidates who can offer occasional shifts

- Privileges Available: Full & Temporary (60-day processing time)
- Practice Setup: Solo work in the OR with APP/Mid-Level support available
