Rates – $3000/day plus $450/hr call back
Job Overview:
- Start Date: Open (immediate need due to provider medical leave).
- Practice Setting: Acute care community hospital.
- Clinical Focus: Inpatient consults for adult patients in gastroenterology.
Key Details:
- Call Ratio: All.
- Average Patient Volume:
- Hospital-Based Patients: 5-10 per day.
- Support: Solo practice.
- EMR: Epic.
Required Procedures:
- Lower GI Endoscopy: Colonoscopy, Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS).
- Upper GI Endoscopy:
- Diagnostic and Therapeutic Endoscopy.
- Endoscopy with Biopsy, PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy).
- Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery vs. Laser).
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology: Required.
- Active Virginia License: Required.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS (Required).
- Experience: Proficiency in listed procedures.
