Facility in Baltimore, MD seeking HemOnc locums coverage
Rates: Regular $450/hr
Night call – $400 plus $550/hr call-back
Weekend call 24 hours: $2500
Opportunity Highlights
- Dedicated Schedule: Work a minimum of 4 shifts per week (Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
- Comprehensive Coverage: Your role will include:
- One weekday of inpatient consults and night call coverage.
- One 24-hour weekend call shift every fourth weekend.
- Inpatient rounding on admitted oncology patients.
- Supportive Environment: An inpatient APP is available to provide support during normal business hours.
- EMR System: Utilize EPIC Beacon for charting. Experience with Epic is required.
- Quick Privileging: The estimated time to secure full privileges is 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Manage a clinic caseload of 12-15 patients per day, including new and follow-up appointments.
- Provide inpatient consult support and rounding on admitted oncology patients.
- Be available for one weekday of inpatient consults and night call coverage.
- Cover a 24-hour weekend call shift every fourth weekend.
Provider Requirements
- Education: MD or DO.
- Board Status: Board Certified.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Licensure: An active Maryland State License or IMLC is required to apply.
- Certifications: BLS, DEA, and CSR licenses are required.
