Facility in Durango, CO seeking GI locums coverage
Pay rates: $3500 with 4 hour gratis included. $470/hr call-back. Night call $500 with 2.5 hours included. Orientation $300/hr.

Required Procedures: Scoping, EGD, Colonoscopy, Manometry, Flex Sigs, 24-hour PH Probe

Job Duties: Signing all orders and notes, rounding (hospitalist handles admissions)

Anesthesiologist Support: Available onsite

Credentialing Information:

Timeframe: 60-90 days with malpractice cases

Emergency Temp Privileges: Available (7-14 days)

Requirements:

Board Certified Gastroenterologist: Required

Active CO License: Highly preferred (must be willing to apply if accepted)

Gastro Fellowship: Required

Active DEA: Required for credentialing (must retain for the entire assignment)

IBD Treatment Experience: Preferred

Availability for Listed Dates: Required

EMR Training Requirements: Must complete modules and training as specified
