Assignment Details

• Duration: Ongoing (initial 13-week assignment)

Compensation: $235/hr
Schedule
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Full-time coverage
• No call
Clinical Details
• Patient Population: All ages
• EMR: Epic
• 593-bed hospital
• Care Model: Medically Directed (1:3, maximum 1:4)
• Cases: Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Acute Pain Service (APS), Non-Operating Room Anesthesia (NORA), OB/GYN, General Surgery, GI, Pediatrics, Plastics, Orthopedics, Robotics
Required Skills
• General Endotracheal Anesthesia (GETA)
• Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC)
• Regional anesthesia
• Spinal anesthesia
• Ultrasound-guided techniques
Note
• CRNAs do not perform nerve blocks.
• CRNAs independently perform epidurals without an anesthesiologist present.
Requirements
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Pennsylvania license or Compact license
• ACLS and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
Credentialing
• Approximately 90 days
• Expedited credentialing may be available with leadership approval for providers with a clean file.
