Compensation: Orientation – $110/hr, Hourly – $215/hr, Holiday – $320/hr, Night Call – $590/night, Holiday Night Call – $890/night, 24 Hour On Call – $1630 per 24 hours, Holiday 24 Hour On Call – $2445 per 24 hours, Call Back – $215, Holiday Call Back – $320/hr.
Coverage Dates
• August 22–27
• August 31–September 14
• Must be available for the listed dates
Schedule
• Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Weeknight call: 4:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekends: 24-hour call, 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Clinical Responsibilities
• Hospital rounding
• Surgical coverage
• Elective and emergent cases
• Clinic assistance
• Call coverage
• CABG
• Cardiac surgery
• Thoracic surgery
• Vascular surgery
Preferred Procedural Skills
• Chest tube removal
• Pulmonary artery catheter removal
• Epicardial wire removal
• Intra-aortic balloon pump removal
• Vein harvesting
• Artery harvesting
Requirements
• NCCPA Board Certified
• Active Ohio license required
• Minimum 1+ year of surgical experience
• ACLS required
• DEA required
• Clean malpractice/background highly preferred
• Availability required at time of name clear
Provider Type
• Physician Assistant strongly preferred
• Nurse Practitioner may be considered only if also RNFA with open-heart surgical experience
