Compensation: $320/hr
Schedule
• Coverage needed in 3–4 day stretches per week
• Available shifts:
• 9:00 PM–7:00 AM
• 11:00 AM–9:00 PM
• 2:00 PM–12:00 AM
• Provider must specify which shift times they can cover at presentation
Clinical Details
• Approximately 60,000 ED visits annually
• Patient Population: 70% Adult / 30% Pediatric
• Typically 2 APPs per shift
• 1 APP overnight
• No residents
• Provider will not work solo
• Busy Emergency Department with multidisciplinary specialty support

• Pneumonia and COPD
• Burns
• Behavioral health
• ENT emergencies
• Stroke

Clinical Responsibilities
• Emergency patient evaluation and treatment
• Airway assessment and stabilization
• Fracture management and casting
• Diagnosis and treatment of acute medical conditions
• Management of surgical emergencies
• ENT and orthopedic emergencies
• Specialty consultations and care coordination
• Patient flow and boarding management
• Epic documentation
Requirements
• Board Certified
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC
• DEA required
• ACLS required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Will consider ABOFP, ABFM, and/or ABIM residency with at least 1 year of Emergency Medicine experience
• Epic experience must be noted at presentation
