Compensation: Hourly Rate: $475/hr, Overtime: $590/hr, Holiday: $710/hr.
Schedule
• 5 days per month
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break
• 8-hour shifts
• Remote inbox coverage
Patient Population
• Adult
• Geriatric
• Approximately 12–16 patients per day
Clinical Responsibilities
• Provide medical oncology and hematology services
• Provide infusion-related oncology/hematology care
• Bone marrow biopsies
• Provider will work independently
Requirements
• Alaska license required at time of presentation
• Alaska DEA required
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification required
• Must be comfortable working independently
• Epic experience preferred
• Clean credentialing file required
Case Log Requirements
• Must provide documentation of Hematology/Medical Oncology services performed during the previous 24 months
• Case logs must demonstrate experience representative of the scope and complexity of requested privileges
• Case log requirement may be waived for providers who completed training within the previous year
