Urologist
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to provide clinic, inpatient, operating room, and call coverage for an ongoing locum assignment. The provider will function as the primary Urologist in a busy practice and should be comfortable managing a broad range of general urology cases.
Compensation: Hourly / Call Back – $390/hr, Night Call – $935, 24 Hour Call – $3,310 per 24 hours.

Ongoing assignment
Minimum commitment: 3 months
Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Night call: 5:00 PM–8:00 AM (not every clinic shift)
24-hour call: 7:00 AM–7:00 AM
Call ratio: 1:6
Weekend call required before or after scheduled clinic week

General outpatient urology
Inpatient consults and rounding
Operating room coverage
Night and weekend call
Perform general urology procedures including:
Cystoscopy
Vasectomy
Prostate biopsy
TURP
Uroflow/Cuff studies
Bladder scans
Ureteroscopy
Nephrectomy
Cystectomy
ESWL
Botox injections
Robotic surgery available but not required
Practice Details
20–25 clinic patients per day
20–30 surgeries per month
Call consists of approximately 20% new consults and 80% callbacks from established patients
Support includes registered nurses, medical assistant, surgery scheduler, and front office staff

Requirements
MD or DO
Board Certified in Urology (preferred) or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency completion)
Active Washington license preferred, or active IMLC Letter of Qualification accepted
BLS
ACLS
DEA
Ability to cover approximately 80% of the requested dates
Must provide blackout dates and ongoing monthly availability
Clean malpractice history preferred
Additional Information
Provider should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Robotic platform is available for cases but robotic experience is not required.
Clinic orientation will be provided prior to the first scheduled shift.
