Board Status: Board Certified (Highly Preferred) or Board Eligible.
Education: Completion of a Gastroenterology Residency/Fellowship (Required).
Licensure: Active Texas (TX) State License (Required).
Certification: Active ACLS (Required).
Background: Clean malpractice and no medical board disciplines (Highly Preferred). Emergency privileges may be granted for providers with a clean file.
